Trong Bui founded Vidoori in 2008 with the vision of establishing an organization that embodies quality services, innovation, and a top-rated customer experience.

Prior to founding Vidoori, Trong had over 20 years of experience in engineering management. This experience spanned multiple large-scale federal and international agency programs. His experience included leading the development and implementation of several innovative products and various large-scale technology transformation efforts.

Trong has an extensive track record of working with numerous census projects domestically and internationally. This includes providing technical leadership for census efforts in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Trong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Morgan State University and a Master of Science degree in Telecommunication and Networking from Johns Hopkins University.
