SILVER SPRING, MD – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Vidoori, a leading technology company that provides test and integration, cyber security, data, and intelligence solutions to federal customers, has been awarded the GSA 8(a) STARS III contract. This award includes the sub area of Emerging Technologies. The contract award is five years and runs through 2027. It includes an additional three-year option.
8(a) STARS III is a Best-in-Class multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite quality (ID/IQ) contract designed to provide federal agencies with innovative information technology services and solutions through an established contract vehicle instead of traditional open-market methods. This approach saves time and taxpayer money.
The award expands Vidoori’s contract vehicle portfolio and provides the federal government with a proven GWAC to access Vidoori’s solutions and products designed to meet the needs of federal agencies.
The STARS III award is an important aspect of our strategic approach to continued work with the federal agencies. We are also very excited about qualifying for the emerging technology sub area. This provides us with an opportunity to integrate our more innovative solutions into our federal offering,” said Timothy Odom, Director of Business Development at Vidoori.
Vidoori previously worked with customers via the STARS II contract and expects to expand its customer work under the STARS III contract. The Emerging Technologies sub area allows Vidoori an opportunity to further highlight its work with state-of-the-art technologies in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and other areas.
