Jodie has a track record of developing partnerships, leading collaborative initiatives, and developing HR-related strategies that align with corporate goals. She has applied these skills across various industries in the commercial market and for IT- focused government contracting companies.

Jodie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Goucher College.
